Karen Lutgen

Associate Conductor

Karen Lutgen serves as Associate Conductor and soprano section leader of Magnum Chorum. She is also the Upper School Choral Director at Minnehaha Academy and an active member of Westwood Lutheran Church.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Music with distinction from St. Olaf College and Masters of Vocal Music Education from University of St. Thomas.

Karen and her husband Keith (tenor) treasure singing together in the Magnum Chorum community. The Lutgens reside in St. Louis Park with their two children.
